Who we are
Code Violation Solver is operated by 360 Home Improvements, a Florida building contractor. “We” on this page means 360 Home Improvements.
What we collect
When you send a request: your name, phone number and email, the address of the property on your notice, what the notice says, the compliance and hearing dates if you give them, anything you type in the message box, and the page you sent it from. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording you agreed to, when you agreed, and the technical details of the request (IP address and browser type).
If you call us, the call and any messages are handled by our phone and messaging provider, which may produce a summary of the conversation for our team.
The free tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a tool is sent to us unless you then send the request form yourself. We count page views, phone-number taps and form sends anonymously — no names, no cookies that identify you — to see which pages help people.
How it is used
To call you back, set up the free estimate, look at the property, and do the work you agree to. We contact you by phone, text and email only about your request, as you agreed when you sent it; reply STOP to any text to stop texts. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
- Our lead management system (operated by our marketing partner, TradeStream Marketing), which stores the request and the consent record.
- Our phone and messaging provider (CallStream, which uses Twilio), when you call, text or the request is sent to our team as a message.
- Our website host (Vercel), which serves the site and processes the request in transit.
- Our Florida-licensed subcontractors, when part of your job is their trade (electrical, plumbing or air conditioning) — only what they need to do that work and pull its permit.
- A city or county building or code office, only where a permit application or inspection for your job requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your request and the work, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep job and permit records. Consent records are kept so we can show what you agreed to.
Asking us to delete it
Email privacy@tradestreammarketing.com or call (954) 906-7864. We delete what we are not required to keep and tell you what that is.
