Who you are dealing with
Code Violation Solver is operated by 360 Home Improvements, a Florida Certified Building Contractor, licence CBC1267336, and Certified Roofing Contractor, licence CCC1335340 (you can verify it with the Florida DBPR). Roof work is done under the roofing licence and other building work under the building licence. Trade work — electrical, plumbing and air conditioning — is performed by our Florida-licensed subcontractors, who pull that trade's permit.
Estimates and prices
The estimate is free. We give you the price after looking at the property, and no work starts until you approve it. This website does not publish prices. The scope and price of any job are set in the written agreement or proposal you sign, which governs that job.
Not legal advice, and not the city
Everything on this site, including the free tools, is general information about Florida code enforcement and construction. It is not legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. For questions about your rights, a hearing, a fine or a lien, contact the code enforcement office named on your notice or a Florida attorney.
We are not affiliated with any city or county and we do not speak for one. Links to official portals go to government websites we do not control. Decisions about compliance, reinspection, fines, liens and any reduction or release are made by the city or county under its own rules; we cannot promise any outcome from them. What we can do is fix the problem that was cited and give you the permit and job records that show it was fixed.
Your deadlines stay yours
Compliance dates and hearing dates are set by your notice and the city. Send us your request as early as you can, keep the city informed as your notice asks, and attend any hearing you are notified of. Dates shown by the free tools are a planning aid based on what you enter, not an official calculation.
Using the site
Please give accurate details in the request form. Do not use the site to send anything unlawful or to impersonate someone else. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown.
